New Planning Application for detatched 2 storey double garage behind The Lodge

A new planning application has been submitted by the owner of The Lodge to erect a 2 storey detatched double garage in the grounds to the rear of the Park Lodge.
The planning application no: is 10073.

Plans withdrawn!!

Dear Friends,
The plans (ref no. 097419) have been WITHDRAWN. It is understood that the applicant no longer wishes to proceed with these present plans for the proposed flat-roofed large eco house and mews garage. I would like to sincerely thank you all for your letters of objection regarding this application.However, as I understand it, the applicant may wish to reapply with a new set of plans, and I ask you all to watch this space so that should we be required to voice objection once more, we may be ready to do so.
Although the applicant has recently gained renewals for the previous 2009 consent, he has stated he has no intention to 'remodel' or significantly extend the Lodge. The renewals are for 12 months ONLY with significant conditions attached.
